If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items within 30 days of delivery. Electronics must be in original condition with all accessories and packaging included.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Log into your account and select 'Request Return' next to the relevant order to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare Package

  Securely pack the device in its original box, ensuring all cables, manuals, and protective inserts are included.

• 3.
  Attach Label

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided by our support team to the outside of the shipping carton.

• 4.
  Inspection & Refund

  Once received, our technicians will inspect the device. Approved returns are processed back to the original payment method within 5 business days.
